I hold a valid Broker/Sales Nevada and Sales California License and I am a member of Greater Las Vegas REALTORS® Association and I serve on the Greater Las Vegas REALTORS® Association Education committee.
I have 15 years of experience working in the Real Estate Industry, in acquisitions, sales, development, and management. As an Asset Manager and Regional Residential Property Manager, I specialized in multi-unit residential housing, managing multiple properties, comprised of over 1200 units with more than 3000 tenants.
Working in new development and construction, I acted as project manager for a $13 million construction consisting of 236 unit condominium project. I worked closely with the building and planning departments, architects, investment bankers, brokers and developers, as well as construction supervisors and crews. I also have extensive experience in new construction defect litigation, defect remediation and building rehab projects.
Additionally, I have managed over 120,000 square feet of commercial office space, including managing a $1.7 million dollar tenant improvement project.
My experience in the Real Estate industry has been diversified, giving me expertise in real estate sales and acquisitions, commercial management, project management, legal negotiations, tenant litigation, personnel management, and general accounting.
Additionally, I have been investing in Real Estate myself for almost 15 years and I have served as Vice President of my Home Owners Association.
